More than a cycling club.
A symbol of hope.

ZWAP — Zwifters Against Parkinson's — is a global cycling community that proves movement is medicine. Founded by two Norwegians, Rune Vethe and Rune Bjerke — both driven by a shared belief that cycling can change lives — ZWAP has grown into an international movement with riders across the globe who meet daily on the virtual roads of Zwift.

Whether you live with Parkinson's or simply want to ride alongside this community, you are welcome. We ride together, support one another, and prove that friendship and determination make a real difference.

Daily Rides

Group rides and workouts every day of the week on Zwift, led by ZWAP members living with Parkinson's.

100% Inclusive

Real Connection

Help Build ZWAP

Bring ZWAP to your country

We're looking for passionate volunteers — with or without Parkinson's — to help build ZWAP in their country. This is not about creating a perfect organization from day one. It's about creating local energy, trust, activity, and continuity.

A good start can be as simple as 5–15 interested people, a WhatsApp group, some regular Zwift participation, and one or two local champions besides yourself. That's enough to start building.

You don't need to be perfect. This role fits someone who is positive, dependable, proactive, and comfortable talking to new people. Consistency matters more than scale.

We've proven this model in Norway and the UK. We have a volunteer playbook ready for you. Now we need people like you to take it further.
